How it works
Step 1: Book a stress-free trial run
Let me cook for you and your family for a flat rate of a minimum of 3 and up to 10 servings in a single meal prep session in your kitchen.
Step 2: Schedule a regular service
Like my service? Let’s chat to schedule a regular visit and decide on the number of meals, number of servings, pricing, and other logistics such as entering the premises, parking, and so on.
Step 3: Pick meal options weekly
Every week, up until 4 days before meal prep day, choose your meals of the week from my weekly menu. Customization and request can be done at this point. Example of order: 3 mains, 2 sides, 1 dessert for 3 people (6 dishes *3 servings = 18 servings)
Step 4: I cook in your kitchen
On meal prep day, I bring all the ingredients to your kitchen, cook, and clean the kitchen. Meals will be stored in a refrigerator or freezer with heating instructions for each dish. You may choose either for the meals to be stored in a family-style or individual serving.
Step 5: Enjoy your meals
Reheating and enjoy your meal throughout the week!
Step 6: Rinse and Repeat
Back to Step 3 or put the service on pause. Cancel any time, no strings attached, with a week prior notice.

I cook primarily Thai/Lao, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Italian, French, or a fusion of multiple cuisines. But I always want to cook something new, so you can expect variety in my menu.

I will work with you to see the possibility of each requested dish.
Things to be considered
1) Availability of ingredients
2) Cook time: Due to legal requirements, Every cooking step must be done in your kitchen. Only dishes that can be done in 3 hours would be viable.
3) The dish has to be reheating-friendly. I do not want to create a meal that will go soggy or dull when you eat it.
4) Depending on the dish, additional charges may apply for requests outside of the weekly menu -
I was a full-time personal chef for two families for about 10 months before I decided to go to culinary school in Japan. Back then, I charged an hourly rate of $40 an hour.
During my culinary school year, I learned French, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese cooking, nutrition, and food safety. I also worked in the kitchen at a sushi restaurant and a few French restaurants.
In short, my professional cooking experience is about two years.

You can pay with a card online or in person with cash. A 50% deposit is due when an order for each week is placed. After the meal prep session, a separate invoice will be sent to you for the remaining 50% of the charge.

Yes, that is possible.
The trial run is to make sure you like my food and for me to tour your kitchen to understand what I need to bring and what kind of meals will be possible. If you want to opt out of the trial run, I will send a kitchen survey to get that information.
